Bacon Wrapped Scallops with
Sweet Lavender Remoulade

Wash and dry scallops. Wrap each with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Preheat grill to medium high. Grill wrapped scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side, until scallops are cooked through and bacon has browned. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and serve on a platter with remoulade on the side.
