4 Cups Chopped Hearts of Romaine
1 1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Radishes
1 Large Seedless Cucumber, Roughly Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced (1/2")
1 Cup Thinly Sliced Purple Onion
2 Cups Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Minced Parsley
1 Loaf Pita Bread
1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided
2 Lemons, Juice Only
2 ½ Tablespoon Bazaar Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Fleur De Sel
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Tellicherry Peppercorns
Fattoush is a simple Middle Eastern side salad made with crispy cucumbers, radishes, onions, red bell pepper, and garden fresh tomatoes. Homemade toasted pita chips are tossed in before serving make this salad heartier than most. One note: PLEASE take the time to make your own pita chips! They are essential to the taste, freshness, and heartiness of this salad.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut pita bread into wedges; toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon Bazaar seasoning. Toast in oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool while assembling salad.

Meanwhile, make vinaigrette. Place remaining olive oil, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and remaining seasoning in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine, then set aside.

Place vegetables and toasted pita chips in a medium bowl. Toss lightly. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and toss to combine. Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
