Garden Fresh Cucumber Salad
Yield: 8-10 Servings
8 Sliced Large Seedless Cucumbers
1 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onions (Optional)
1 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
½ Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Classic Bistro Seasoning OR
1 Teaspoon French Grey Salt
Cucumber salads are a favorite in many kitchens, and ours is no exception. Our guests at the farm look forward to our version of them on many occasions, spring, summer, and fall. What makes ours special is that we use MorningStar Kitchen’s French Garden Seasoning Blend lends that ‘fresh from the garden taste,’ no matter when you are serving the dish.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or jar. Toss to coat the cucumbers completely. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally to distribute the flavors.
