Yield: 8-10 Servings

24 Chicken Wings
2 Cups Mild BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Honey

1 1/2 Teaspoons City of New Orleans Seasoning
1 Teaspoon French Curry
1/2 Teaspoon Hawaiian Alaea Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Pink Peppercorns
It seems every Home Chef has his or her favorite version of wings in their repertoire. So we wanted to share our favorite with you. We love how the combination of Ginger Sugar, City of New Orleans Cajun Seasoning, and French Curry work together to create a flavor profile that can't be matched without them.
Pat chicken wings dry; set aside and allow to air dry for 15-20 minutes.
Place remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan placed over medium heat. Whisk to combine well and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until well blended and heated through. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Place chicken wings and sauce in a large plastic bag, seal, and toss until wings are coated with the sauce. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight to marinate chicken.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place marinated wings on baking rack over shallow baking pan. Place baking sheet on center rack of preheated oven and roast for 10-12 minutes. Turn wings, then continue to roast for another 8-10 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to stand for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with aioli, remoulade, or dipping sauce of your choice.
