Japanese Style Aioli
Yield: 1¼ Cup

1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 ½ Tablespoons Japanese Table Seasoning
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Teaspoons Organic Cane Sugar
½ Teaspoon Sesame Oil
½ Teaspoon French Grey Salt
Aioli is one of those easy ways you can layer the flavors in your menus, and using them will certainly ‘up’ your culinary game. Like so many other dishes we prepare here at the farm, this one is almost embarrassingly simple because we have used one of our authentic global spice blends to create it. It is also bursting with flavor, and we continue to find new ways to use it – like on our 7 Dragon Reuben Sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce for our Orange Bacon Wrapped Shrimp. We're certain you will want to add this one to your repertoire, as once you give it a try, you will find lots of ways to enjoy it.
Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine and refrigerate for at least an hour before using. This will allow the ingredients to develop into a unique flavor all its own.
