I LOVE your Napa Style Seasoning! As a professionally trained Chef and Chief Baker at an artisanal bread works, it's one of those things that make my work easier. I can't tell you how often I make your Quick Napa Sauce. I just mix some of the seasoning with extra virgin olive oil and let stand for a few minutes before serving with freshly baked bruschetta. Or I drizzle a little of the sauce on freshly grilled chicken, fish, or vegetables before serving. Like I said, I LOVE it!
