Napa Style Parmesan Crisps
Yield: 4 Cups
2 Cups Coarsely Grated Parmigiana-Reggiano Cheese
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Napa Style Seasoning
3/4 Teaspoon Cracked Green Peppercorns
While we often serve these Napa Style Parmesan Crisps with a glass of wine before a meal, we also like to serve them as a side instead of bread with the meal. They're almost embarrassingly easy to make, and with our Napa Style Seasoning, they have a flavor your guests will not soon forget. In fact, don't be surprised if you have them begging you to make more!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat.
Place grated cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Mix flour and seasonings together in a separate small dish, then toss with cheese. Drop mixture by tablespoons onto baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before moving crisps with a spatula to cool on a baking rack. Serve room temperature.
