Quick Napa Style Sauce and Marinade

Yield: 3/4 Cup  

3 Tablespoons Napa Style Seasoning

6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Water

1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Pinch Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Fresh Flat Leaf Italian Parsley for Garnish

This sauce is another one of our Signature Quick Sauces that we keep on hand in the farm  refrigerator. Its character is similar to pesto, Chimichurri, and Lemon Grove, but this one has a distinctly Napa Valley appeal that comes from its unique combination of ingredients like sun dried tomatoes,  fennel, chili pepper, garlic, and lemon. While we love this one with chicken, we use it most often as a simple sauce for pasta, or as a flavorful addition to risotto.


Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine, cover and refrigerate until ready for use. This sauce will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Garnish before serving with fresh parsley.
